25G coaxial laser/detector automatic coupling welding machine

The 25G coaxial laser/detector automatic coupling welding machine is used for the automated production of TOSA/ROSA for all metal packaging. It adopts intelligent algorithms and has the advantages of high coupling efficiency, fast speed, and high quality.

Technical features:

1. Intelligent coupling algorithm, extremely fast light seeking speed;

2. Innovative design: Supports continuous overlap welding without loosening the clamp head, improves welding stability, and reduces post weld offset and light loss. The coupling process can simultaneously monitor responsiveness (response current) and return loss value;

3. Active/passive angle adjustment configuration is optional, which can achieve an angle adjustment accuracy of up to 0.05 °, better adapting to devices with different speed and accuracy requirements;

The COB optical module automatic coupling machine is mainly used for producing multi-channel COB optical modules and single receiver single COB optical modules. It can simultaneously couple multiple transmitting and receiving ends, and has the advantages of high coupling efficiency, fast speed, and high quality.

Technical features:

1. Intelligent coupling algorithm: improves production efficiency, with device coupling time not exceeding 30 seconds (determined by the number of channels);

2. Dual machine vision positioning, capable of coupling up to 16 optical channels, suitable for both FA and LENS coupling;

The butterfly laser automatic coupling machine is used for fiber coupling and welding of butterfly lasers, and has the advantages of high coupling efficiency, fast speed, and high quality.

Technical features:

1. Intelligent algorithms can achieve multi degree of freedom alignment of optical fibers, fiber welding, and tailpipe welding in one step, without the need for secondary clamping;

2. Using machine vision and electron microscopy for synchronous monitoring, coupled with real-time positioning and adjustment of optical fibers throughout the entire process;

100G BOX Device Lens Automatic Coupling Machine

Technical features:

1. The coupling part adopts a 3D high-speed, high-precision linear motor slide table and a 3D electric angle slide table. If necessary, the angle slide table can participate in the coupling;

2. The clamping part adopts electric claws that open and close parallel on both sides, with smooth and impact free opening and closing, adjustable opening size, and adjustable clamping force;

3. Lens automatically picks up from the original material box, automatically recognizes and corrects the lens angle;

4. Automatically identify the position of the chip and set the distance between the lens and the chip during initial coupling;

5. Automatically adjust the dispensing time based on the size of the adhesive dots to precisely control the amount of adhesive;

6. After dispensing, the size of the adhesive dots will be automatically determined, and automatic glue replenishment can be set;

7. After replacing the glue needle, the needle tip coordinates can be automatically corrected with one click through image recognition;

8. The UV lamp shines vertically downwards, evenly and without blind spots;

200G/400G spot power coupling machine

Multiple series of spot automatic coupling packaging equipment have been developed for different types of light emitting components (TOSA) and light receiving components (ROSA) in multi-channel optical modules such as 100G (4 * 25G), 200G (4 * 50G), and 400G (8 * 50G) in optical communication, achieving automatic coupling packaging of optical fibers and multiplexing/demultiplexing devices (MUX/DEMUX). The multi-channel laser automatic coupling packaging equipment realizes the automatic coupling packaging of multi-channel laser components and multiplexing/demultiplexing devices (MUX/DEMUX).

100G BOX four piece automatic coupling machine

The 100G BOX four piece automatic coupling machine is a nine dimensional (6+3) full degree of freedom coupling device used for BOX, receptor, focus lens, and sleeve four piece simultaneous coupling.

Technical features:

1. A fast feedback control coupling algorithm with the objective function of minimizing the difference in optical power is used to automatically perform receptor and focus coupling and power search and balance;

2. Removable active angle adjustment fixture (including high-precision angular displacement sensor), capable of achieving angle flattening of over 0.1 °;

3. Optional beam analyzer is available to achieve high-speed and efficient alignment of the focus lens.
