Production Capacity：The assembly workshop spans over 2,000 sq.m., supporting simultaneous assembly of 150 devices, with a maximum monthly shipment volume of 100–200 units
Delivery time：Core components are self-developed and controllable, guaranteeing stable lead time and quality (2-year warranty on core components). Minimum batch lead time is 1.5 months; standard lead time ranges from 2 to 3 months.
Delivery & After-sales：Our 50+ delivery engineering team safeguards equipment deployment. We operate branches in Shenzhen and Wuhan, after-sales service stations in Chengdu, Suzhou and Tianjin, and overseas service hubs in Malaysia.
Group Collaboration：Within the Bozhong Group, resources can be coordinated for large-volume orders to secure a steady monthly output exceeding 500 devices.

Timely Response
Wuhan has branch offices with after-sales points in Huangshi, Wuxi, Tianjin, Shenzhen, and Dongguan. Engineers in these areas can arrive within 6 hours, while others can arrive within 24-48 hours.

Through systematic technical training, client technicians can comprehensively understand product performance to better meet application requirements, and be able to perform independent operations and daily maintenance.

Support Services
We can provide professional solutions and services based on customer product characteristics, application requirements, etc. We offer a standard warranty period for the entire machine. When the number of devices reaches 100, we can provide on-site engineers for one-year equipment follow-up services.

Software process support
Provide full process software support, and offer up to 3 years of free software remote upgrade service after the equipment arrives at the factory. Most software supports custom processes or secondary development.
